It’s nearly time!
After a few days of stressing, researching, editing, formatting and more stressing, I’ve finally got the final draft uploaded and ready to publish. Now I’m waiting for the proof copy to land on my doorstep to check out how it looks, and my poor nerves are shot.
I mean, I’m sure it’ll all be fine and the final book will look majestic as all kinds of hell, but what if it looks like it was cobbled together by a four year old spitting out chewed up crayola’s onto a page of A4? I don’t know if my poor delicate soul can afford to put more edits into this to get it out there and (hopefully) into people’s homes!
So if over the next few days you see me stress posting on X, Threads or Insta then know I’m just venting. Hell, I may have to go and dance on TikTok to burn away some of this damned nervous energy, because people need to see my twenty stone ass shaking to the sweet sounds of ‘We Got Love’ by Don Williams’.
